This jig is designed to cut Bowden tubing down to precise lengths of 120mm using the reliable Capricorn tubing cutter from PrintedSolid.com, where we stock high-quality Capricorn tubing perfect for E3D and other hotends. Manually measuring lengths became tedious, so we created this convenient jig to save time. Additionally, if your printer is properly calibrated, it serves as a no-go gauge for detecting tubing that exceeds specifications on the higher end. As long as moderate bridging capabilities are available, you can print this design without infill. To modify the jig for different lengths, access the original design on Onshape, where you're free to make adjustments as needed.
