JGMAKER MAGIC FAN SHROUD
thingiverse
EDIT: 6/13/2020- I added a dual outlet fan duct to go with it, remixed from a single duct sirhcwolf designed for this fan setup. If you prefer a single duct, find his here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4457668 and there's also a link to my dual duct here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4459494. This is an upgrade fan shroud for the Jgmaker Magic designed to accommodate 40mm fans. I tested this with both a regular heat block and a volcano heat block, achieving great results. A clean overhang test up to 80% was achieved before it got funky, marking a 100% improvement over the stock cooling solution for the Magic. My design skills aren't the best as this is only my second design, but I'm pretty happy with the result. The fans used were available on Amazon - https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07NQ2B11H/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. The only additional hardware needed is 4 M2 screws and 4 M3 screws for the fans, as all other hardware is stock on the machine. I didn't design a cooling duct to go with it yet, but this one worked pretty well - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3891032. Everything has plenty of clearance from heat and PLA works fine. If you like my work, feel free to send a tip. If you make one, please upload a Make for us to see.
