JGAurora Magic Bed Height Adjustment Clip

JGAurora Magic Bed Height Adjustment Clip

I bought a replacement glass build plate for my JGAurora Magic printer. The bed's XY dimensions match those of the Ender 3 exactly. However, the new glass surface was significantly thicker than the original plastic build surface, and adjusting the height couldn't compensate for it. Some people had fixed this issue by physically moving the Z limit switch to raise the nozzle's zero level, but I wanted a solution that would allow me to easily switch between the two types of build surfaces. So, I designed and printed this simple clip, which can be installed just above the Z limit switch on the flange to adjust the nozzle's zero level. If you need a slightly different adjustment, simply scale it appropriately in your slicer software.
