JGAurora A5S 5015 Fan Duct - Two sided mount

I really like the design and airflow that I got from the original part, version 2: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3943491 However, I found the mount to be really weak and wobbly. The slot holes don't leave much material at the top and bottom,, and I had it break on me mid-print when it got tangled in the spaghetti of a failed print. The fan also wobbled a bit when changing X-Axis directions. Not a big deal, but I wanted to stop that. So, I increased the existing side with a slightly thicker wall and more material at either end of the slot. Then, I added a second mounting point on the other side of the printhead, taking advantage of an existing open hole left over from removing the factory cooling fan mount. All three screws are the standard ones used in the original fan mount. I find that I can set the new blower fan speed to 30% in Cura. The 5015 blower is rather loud at 100% and moves a ton of air. So much so that my A5s could not keep the nozzle at 205 C. The cooling was too effective! Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.15mm Infill: 20% I printed in PLA, have had no issues with radiant heat from the nozzle. (I only print PLA though) Tree supports from Cura recommended. Do not use supports on the inside of the duct
