JGaurora A5 X-carriage for E3D V6 hotend

The original stock carriage was a poorly designed piece of equipment, weighing heavily (directly opposing the purpose of a bowden extruder) and placing the heatsink at too high a position, resulting in frequent jams due to extended cooling transitions. I experienced multiple jams on my machine. This conversion kit offers significant improvements over the existing design, potentially resolving stringing issues as well. A V6 is all you need to make this upgrade work. You can reuse the m3 screws from stock to secure the heatsink and keep the belt in place by simply removing the screw-glued screws from the x-carriage (exercise caution: doing so may void your warranty; good luck - I barely managed to remove mine). The belts are installed in the same manner as the original one. The conversion requires a 40mm fan (I opted for a 2-in-1 cooling design, otherwise it would have occupied too much space; spreading out sideways is not an option without hitting the sides) and bltouch (30mm, -30mm, about -2mm offset from nozzle for x, y, z). Note that you may need to step down the voltage for the fan due to its 24v requirement. Update: I'm no longer updating this post as I've recently purchased an Ender 3 to replace my A5 (it's much easier to maintain) and I no longer have access to my A5 machine.
