I swapped out the Bondtech BMG Extruder on my JGAURORA A5, and this adapter keeps the original filament sensor functioning. It has a loose fit inside the extruder, which is exactly what I'm aiming for - no need for a tight seal. According to the instructions for the new extruder, you'll want to adjust your E-steps to 415. I printed mine using PETG, but feel free to experiment with different materials if you prefer. Supports aren't necessary in this case. Happy printing!
