Print a fan duct with supports, but ensure your slicer doesn't embed them within the fan duct itself, as they will be extremely difficult to remove. Preparation: To proceed, you must first disconnect the original blower fan and replace it with a more powerful one, such as the model depicted in the images. Verify that the replacement is designed for 24-volt operation. Installation: 1. Carefully detach the original fan duct from your printer and secure the adapter to the metal bracket using the same screw you previously removed. 2. Remove the original metal fan holder and install the printed replacement, fastening it with the same screws you removed earlier. 3. Snap the fan duct into place on the adapter, then re-tighten the adapter's screw for added security. 4. Verify that the duct does not interfere with any other components when the X-axis is at 0 position, and your printer will be ready to operate smoothly.
