This is a simplified version of CarstenD's fan duct for 5015 blower fans. Note: When purchasing a new fan, the connector will likely differ from the stock connector and you'll need to resolder the connections. I'm not familiar with its name, but it resembles the standard XH 2.5mm connector, albeit smaller in size.
