JGA5 extended Z-stop mount

I've installed some cork insulation under my JGA5 hotbed and was forced to swap out the hotbed mounting screws with longer ones to keep a safe gap between the case and the hotbed in place. Consequently, the z-stop switch needs to be elevated; the standard z-stop mount simply wasn't tall enough - I've designed an extended version to adapt for the increased base height of the heatbed. I've lowered my Z max from 320mm to 305mm in my slicer to make up for this. The OpenSCAD source file is included as well.
