JG BAR-10 Airsoft Suppressor
thingiverse
Designed using Fusion 360 software, it took some time to determine the thread profile on the JG BAR-10's outer barrel. The thread is a left-hand ANSI Metric M20x1 profile, discovered through Fusion 360 modeling. Located in the middle of the suppressor, this thread hides the end of the barrel, which was necessary due to a scratched surface caused by removing an orange tip. This design modification also provides added strength and reduces the likelihood of thread breakage. Printed in PLA material, no supports were required when printing with the shooty-end facing downwards. The part is easy to sand and can be finished with primer and paint, resulting in a manufactured appearance.
