I designed a permanent add-on for the original Z603S extruder using TinkerCad. This addon is specifically designed to keep TPU filament straight as it's pushed into the hot end, preventing bends and ensuring smooth printing. The small hole is reserved for the filament while the larger hole accommodates the spring that helps maintain tension. This addon has been successfully tested on my Z603S 3D printer and works seamlessly with both PLA and TPU filaments. However, please note that JGAurora may make changes to their extruder design in the future, and individual machines can have slight variations.
