JG Aurora Z603S Alternate Fan duct for Silicon Sock
thingiverse
I wanted to add a silicone sock to the hotend of my JGAurora Z603S, but the existing fan feed was too big and kept making contact with the silicon sock. This would cause the fan piece to melt at an alarming rate. I decided to design another piece that was set a few mm back from the hotend so that it would no longer touch the sock. You can try this mod if you have a JGAURORA Z603S and see if it works for your setup. Keep in mind that you should use ABS when printing parts near the hot end, or risk melting them yourself. If you print it as laid out in Cura, you shouldn't need any supports. If adhesion problems occur, try using a brim, but I never had to do this with my current setup.
