This "inlay-spacer" fits the frame. Maybe a little sanding is needed, especially when rounding the corners. Leave this print for the very end. Once the inner frames fit well both windows, take measures and then adapt the inlay's thickness to your needs adjusting only Z in your slicer. This spacer is 249 x 244 x 1 mm (X, Y, Z) so there is 0,5 mm play around.
