JG Aurora A5 Levelling Knob
thingiverse
A few people suggest that the fitting may be too tight. To achieve a loose fit, consider printing one at +5% first, allowing for easy attachment with superglue if needed. The stock nut should protrude past the top to facilitate smoother turning. The original levelling knobs on the JGAURORA A5 are undersized and challenging to turn due to limited space. To address this issue, I designed a replacement knob to make levelling easier. However, it remains small due to the confined space. It's worth noting that I printed mine with 0.1mm clearance for ease of assembly without superglue. If you encounter difficulties with tightness, try scaling up the design by 2% and then secure it with superglue for a tighter fit.
