The dimensions of the clamp's space is 60mm by 80mm by 40mm. There are two bolts, the shorter overall bolt dimensions are 30mm by 80mm, including the head of the bolt. The threaded portion of the shorter bolt is 60mm long. The longer overall bolt dimensions are 30mm by 100mm, including the head of the bolt. The threaded portion of the longer bolt is 80mm. You only need to print one bolt for this clamp.</p> <p>There are three 6mm diameter hooks to loop a 19mm binder clip to. Knot your bracelet to start, clip the knot with the binder clip, then loop a binder clip handle around the hook. If that doesn't make sense, check out the third picture. If you want, you can loop one binder clip around either of the outside hooks to tame two jewelry strings/wires at once. Check out the fourth picture for an example.</p> <p>Supports are not needed for the bolts, but are absolutely needed for the clamp. It's recommended this be printed on its side so the hooks are reinforced vertically so it can handle more perpendicular force while placing beads on the clamped string or wire. The threads between the bolt and the clamp are snug, and upon removing the supports may need to be cleaned up before you can fully seat the bolt. I was able to get away with running the bolt along the path of the threads a handful of times before they fit together. Your mileage may vary.</p> <p>If you are clamping this to an IKEA LINNMON table, you'll want to print the longer 100mm bolt as the shorter 80mm one is not long enough to clamp to the IKEA table. I learned this the hard way lol. Measure twice, cut once am I right? Anyway, this is wildly overengineered and I hope you find it useful.</p>
