A jewelry ring with an unusual designed gemstone setting - created "Just For Fun".The upper "crown-shaped" bushing is pressed-on the lower, slotted bushing, where the gemstone was placed before.So you can reach a maximum of light-flooding.For this design I used the model of the gemstone by - Taras S - scaled down to an outer diameter of 4.5 mm.The width of the slots and the general wall thickness of the gemstone setting are 0.3 mm.I know, that the metallic parts have filigree forms and I hope, they are feasible to manufacture.A special thanks goes to "FredSWUG" for his inspiration, to find one of so many possible solutions. (See my previous project).My model is available in following data formats:STEP-file (.stp) of the complete assembly and all native files (.prt) and (.asm),in a (.7z)-folder, for all users of »PTC Creo Parametric 2.0«
