For a sharp single-line print with flawless surface finishing, scale down to 40% or even 50%, printing in just 15 minutes on an Ultimaker. To create a necklace, attach a small cord at the open edge. This design was crafted with Martina Smoljo for Designschenken.ch. For exhibition purposes, we printed numerous pieces and optimized the process; however, it's still functional with minimal tweaks. Recommended adjustments include an extra cooling fan, 0.6mm nozzle, specific Ultimaker/Cura settings for a 50% size print (use the .ini file), disabled bottom/top/fill, a 4-line skirt (distance 0) for easy removal and a neat stand, and continuous z movement at the outer edge without seams. Cheat the nozzle diameter to 0.3 (originally 0.6) and filament width to 2.3 (original 2.98).
