Jewelry Hand

thingiverse

This hand jewelry I designed myself using Thingiverse's #1286 design as a starting point. After tweaking it slightly to suit my style, I removed one finger from the STL file, refined some of the surfaces that don't exactly mimic real hands (the awkward angles, etc.), and increased its size two-fold. My handmade accessory stands at an impressive 16 centimeters tall now. Below are the steps to follow for your own project: To bring this piece of art to life, I employed HIPS material using a 0.2-millimeter nozzle setting. Note that you can expect around 9-10 hours of printing time due to its intricate design.
