Printing time is approximately 55 minutes per piece, allowing for efficient production without sacrificing quality. The cross in heart design comes in two sizes: a larger version measuring 15 cm in length, 9.5 cm in width, and 6 cm in depth, requiring a printing time of 2 hours and 47 minutes. To achieve the perfect finish, I employ specific 3D printing parameters: I use an ideal filling rate of 100% to ensure a solid, durable product. I print at a speed that's 20% faster than usual, resulting in better rendering and a more refined look. The PLA printing temperature is set to 215°, while the plateau temperature remains at 60°. Each layer is precisely crafted with a thickness of 0.1 mm, and the shell thickness is maintained at 0.8 mm. A minimal amount of support is required during the printing process, allowing for maximum flexibility and creativity in design.
