Jeweler's saw blades are delicate little things. Easily broken or mixed up.

This case provides a rigid enclosure to keep your blades organized and safe.

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

Creality

Printer:

CR-10S

Rafts:

No

Supports:

No

Resolution:

.2mm layer

Infill:

20%

Notes:

Prints without supports. Because it is a flat piece, a brim is recommended.

Snaps together well in PLA, have not tried other materials yet.

The rigidity of the case is mostly determined by the top/bottom and perimeter thickness.

I printed mine with 3 perimeters (walls) and 4 top/bottom layers.

Post-Printing

Assembly is simply snapping the cap on the case.

Note: If you have any drooping or over-extrusion on the little "bumps" on the case side of the hinge, sand them down slightly to allow everything to fit.

Category: Tool Holders & Boxes
