Jeweler's Ring Sizer Set
thingiverse
I temporarily misplaced my high-end steel ring sizers, only to discover a model online that thoroughly annoyed me, prompting me to design these in TinkerCAD instead. This includes US sizes 2 through 15, with half-sizes neatly in between. Each model is printed separately and the large master ring is secured together using a 1.75mm filament rivet melted onto each side. The torus rings all feature a slight faceting, so I may go back and increase the number of sides at some point, but this subtle flaw doesn't seem to impact their accuracy too much. There's some minor shrinkage and inaccuracy involved, but the most frequently used central sizes are surprisingly accurate rings. For those who want to experiment with the parts in TinkerCAD, I've included an .obj file for size 8.
