This is a compact and lightweight hand vise. Simply twist the handle to secure or release the grip. Crafted from PLA, it offers sufficient strength for numerous applications, yet employing a more robust and heat-resistant material for the arms and crossbar would significantly enhance its performance. Inside the crossbar, an M5 x 35 cap head screw extends down into the handle. Turning the handle compresses the wedge between the arms, thus increasing the clamping force. Two M4x16 screws are utilized to attach the arms securely. This basic arm design is included, but various other styles can be easily modified for diverse purposes (Arms measure 4.8mm in thickness).
