This item appears to be Egyptian-inspired; I came across a related tutorial on 3DS Max, but crafted it using NPower Power Surfacing in Solidworks for a simpler experience. After saving as an IGES file, I imported it into 3DS Max and rendered with VRAY. Included is a screenshot of the studio settings to achieve this outcome.
