Jetpack Makey!
youmagine
I designed a Jetpack-equipped Makey with lights in its eyes! The idea for my submission came to me over several days. It first occurred to me on the 5th, and after many days of refinement, here is the result! Since I don't have a 3D printer currently, I got this design printed at my local library using their excellent free 3D printing service. They made me very happy when they returned the finished product. Unfortunately, they printed it at 300% normal size. I'm not quite sure how that happened, but I'm glad I still got it back fairly quickly. Because of this, the version I use will have some part substitutions. I'm using 5mm LED lights, a RadioShack DPDT heavy-duty switch, and a 2x C battery holder. Originally, I wanted to use an ATtiny85 to control the lights, but I couldn't fit it in my oversized model. I've included the code I programmed it with. If you can fit the ATtiny85 in the model, please post a picture in the comments! The instructions are in the pictures, although they're out of order. The website seemed determined to put them in reverse order. If you have any issues with the STL file, mention it in the comments. When I was printing this at the library, they had some trouble with it, but I think I've fixed the problem.
