Jeti MRPM Bracket For Desert Aircraft Gas RC Engines

This bracket will support the Jeti MRPM hall effect sensor for tach feedback on a Desert Aircraft DA-50/60/70 gas engines.  Many of the ignition modules sold by DA do not have connections for tach feedback through telemetry.  This bracket will support the sensor over the magnet swaged onto the prop hub of the DA engine.  No other magnets are needed.First word of caution…  The DA engines do not have mounting provisions for this bracket.  I drilled two mounting holes in the output housing for mounting.  BE CAREFUL and make sure that no chips or metal from drilling the holes or tapping get into the output shaft bearing.  I lined mine with masking tape to contain the debris.Pretty straightforward installation.  Print the attached bracket and use hot glue (my preferred option) or epoxy to glue the sensor into the bracket.  DO NOT REMOVE THE IGNITION HALL SENSOR FROM THE ENGINE, THIS WILL ALTER THE ENGINE TIMING!  I drilled and tapped two holes (#2-56 or M2.5) about 30mm apart and 5mm from the edge of the output case.  DO NOT GO MORE THAN 5MM FROM THE FRONT EDGE OF THE OUTUT HOUSING.  Mount the bracket and connect to your telemetry port and watch the numbers!Print this in a higher temp material such as ASA/ABS/PETG.  I used 2 walls, 4 top/bottom layers with gyroid infill at 25%. Mounting on the large surface with the bracket pointing up worked well without supports if it is printed slow.
