Jet Ski Close to 1/10 scale, this model is a significant improvement over its predecessor. I'm committed to finishing it, and all it needs now are holes for the jet unit. I plan to use the one found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2217927. It was obtained from the Sketchup 3D Warehouse, but since it was only a model, it required a substantial amount of work to make it printable. 02/26/18 Added Hull in two pieces, which fits joepvdw's jet drive at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2217927 scaled to 0.70. This should accommodate 7x3x3 bearings at this size. 02/26/18 Built the pump into the hull, making it more compact than having it bolted in. 02/27/18 Realized that putting the impeller in the housing without a removable nozzle was impossible. Added back the hull with a bolt-on nozzle. Uses the impeller and jet nozzle from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2217927 02/28/18 Changed back the hull again to make the motor mount stronger. 03/01/18 Added the nozzle with a 3x7x3 bearing, motor coupling, and modded steering nozzle. 03/02/18 Made a 30% bigger version, closer to 1/10 scale at 3600mm long without the nozzle. This one will fit a 2216 quad copter motor and still use 3x7x3 bearings and shaft, with a 30% bigger pump. Files start with 130 in the file name. 03/09/18 Updated the 30% bigger files to the latest ones, fixing some errors in the middle top part that were present in the smaller version.
