This thing was made with Tinkercad, Edit it online https://www.tinkercad.com/things/7P4Dm53gk0d An updated version of my original design is this one, featuring longer "sleeves", a better slip fit on the vacuum hose and sander dust port, and slightly thicker walls. A female-female adapter that fits over the ends of a 2.5" O.D. vacuum hose (I use a 4" to 2.5" hose reducer, but it should work on any 2.5" O.D. shop hose) and the 1.5" O.D. dust port on the Jet bench top oscillating sander is what this is. The taper between the two sections creates an internal stop on the shop vac end, and I added an internal stop on the Jet port end for added security. I printed it on my Monoprice Mini V2 with PETG at 240 degrees with a 65 degree bed at 35mm/sec speed.
