Jet engines with intake

This is a cutting-edge jet engine shroud for an exclusive three-engine jet fighter model design concept. The envisioned scale is 1:48, yet it would also make a striking 1:72 scale model. While testing various aircraft and spaceship designs, I realized that this component alone has immense potential as a remix item for other designers to incorporate into their projects. So, here's the component - have fun with it! The STL files include the engine shroud and one engine as separate entities. Load the engine three times to assemble a complete unit. The files are Cura scaled and oriented for effortless printing. Given that this assembly demands precise tolerances, I recommend using calibrated filament to minimize post-printing work when inserting the engines into the shroud. For calibration purposes, I utilize the following components: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1037301 Print Settings: Printer: Rigidbot 2 Rafts: No Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.1 mm Infill: 20% Notes: With a highly efficient parts cooling fan, support material is not required. A 10-line brim may be necessary to secure the thin components and engines to the bed. Post-Printing: Post-print clean-up: If a brim is used, it does make the clean-up process more time-consuming, but it's still manageable. Otherwise, minimal to no cleanup should be required to assemble the parts together.
