Did you get this to print? What settings did you use? Have a go and let me know! UPDATE 20 July 2013: I've added a new fan model that might be easier to print (certainly with a 0.5mm nozzle!) - Fan5. I thickened the blades up. Give it a go. UPDATE 16 july 2013: The fan3 stl was the wrong one. it was just a copy of fan2. I've uploaded the correct one ( I hope). The difference is that the blades touch the base on fan3, they are 1mm off the base in fan2 I couldn't get Toole's models to slice using slic3r, so I thought I'd have a go at doing my own. Having real problems getting the fan to print in PLA. Anyone care to have a go? Designed to use a coreless DC motor e.g http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/2-Pcs-20000RPM-Load-Speed-DC-3-5V-7mm-x-16mm-Micro-Coreless-Motor-for-RC-DIY-/151076002708?pt=AU_B_I_Electrical_Test_Equipment&hash=item232cd4db94 in the core so the fan will turn and hopefully blow air! Oh, there are 3 fan models. They're all slightly different, but you only need one.
