I am remixing the CATIAV5FTW High Bypass Jet Engine fan, a highly detailed design with exceptional precision. After printing and assembling the model, I noticed that something was missing - a cowling to give it a more authentic look. Inspired by the Boeing 737-8, I designed a custom cowling that captures its distinctive shape. The six parts are carefully assembled using glue, although this may not be the most elegant solution, it gets the job done. To display the turbine blade on the wall, I created an axis and adapter that securely attaches to the disk, ensuring stability and balance. The ball bearings used in this design measure 12x28x8, providing smooth operation and efficient movement. I hope you will find joy in printing and assembling this intricate model.
