I used to design and create detailed models of "Wide cord composite fans" for comparison with traditional propellers. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2926325 This model is the Metal Fan Blade model with Snubber (Midspan shroud) that was widely used before the advent of "Composite fans". Some large engines with a bypass ratio of 5 to 1 feature this type, but this particular design is suited for engines with a bypass ratio of around 1 to 1. This type of fan was typically made from titanium metal. The following key elements were incorporated into these models at the time. ① Fan Blade, Metal Blade with Snubber (Midspan Shroud) Full Metal (Titanium) designed for Low Bypass Turbofan "All three Blades" can be removed and assembled by hand simultaneously. ② Fan Disk (Partial) featuring "Dovetail" type slots.
