The fan models JEC-07 and JEC-07-1 are designed for the first stage of a fan system. You can find these models online at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2926325 and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3571806. This model is a partial representation of a Pin/Rivet type fan rotor used in multiple stages of a fan or the front stage of a low-pressure compressor, created to compare various features. The components of this model include: 1. Fan Blade - entirely made of metal and featuring a Pin/Rivet design, typically constructed from titanium. 2. Fan Disc - also designed with a Pin/Rivet configuration 3. Pins 4. Rivets - flared after assembly; in this model, screws are used for easy disassembly and reassembly. The downloadable files include five STL items, each denoted by "ws" in the file name to indicate "With Support," which requires special design consideration. To purchase the necessary parts: - M2x25 screws are required as a tool Assembly Instructions: - No special skills are needed - All blades should be assembled simultaneously Total Net Print Time: Approximately 8 hours (estimated with PLA material, 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height, 40% infill, no raft or support). Note that actual print parameters may vary based on individual experience. 3D Printing Settings: - Raft, Layer Height, and Infill settings can be adjusted according to your experience.
