I created it to facilitate comparisons between these features. The following components make up this model: ① Fan Blade - entirely metal and pin/rivet type; typically made from titanium. ② Fan Disc - Pin/Rivet Type ③ Pin ④ Rivet - flared after assembly In this design, screws are used to enable disassembly and reassembly. Downloaded files include STL Files, totaling five items. Each file name features the suffix "ws," indicating that it is a special support model. Purchase parts information: -Screws, M2x25 - utilized as tools Assembly Points: -No specialized skills are required. -All blades should be assembled simultaneously. Total Net Print Time: Approximately 8 hours -(Estimated with PLA material, using a 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height, 40% infill and no raft or support) Note: When printing in actuality, parameters may vary based on individual experience. 3D printing settings: -Raft, Layer Height, Infill: adjustable based on user experience My models were printed using the "idbox" with a 0.4 nozzle and 1.75 PLA filament.
