Jet Engine Bracket

In this submission for the GE Jet Engine Bracket contest, PareTo was employed for topology optimization. The CAD design was created using NX software. Various versions were tested: V1 with a 61% weight reduction to 0.8 kg, V2 achieving a 63% decrease to 0.75 kg, and V5 demonstrating a 70% weight decrease to 0.63 kg using Ti-6al-4v material. The CAD file is in metric units (mm). FEA analysis was performed with the NASTRAN solver.
