This is the Turbofan Engine currently used with large Passenger Aircraft. I designed this model to compare the two Spool Engines and the Geared Engine for Mid Class Passenger Aircraft. A. The features are as follows:  ① Typical 2 Spool Turbofan Engine for Large Size;   a. Single Stage "Fan" (Metal Type, 3m class Diameter)   b. Compressor: LP (Boost 6 Stages), HP (11 stages)   c. Turbine: HP (2 stages), LP (7 stages)   d. Gearbox is installed on the Core side.  ② All stator vanes are omitted to avoid rubbing with blades.  ③ No metal bearing is used.  ④ Can be disassembled and assembled (At your own risk). B. Assembly Manual (PDF format, total 15 pages) The detailed assembly manual including "Parts List", "After printing treatment" and "Assembly procedure" are prepared based on "Standard Skill (Filing, Drilling, Tapping and painting)". C. Purchase Parts Information; - Aluminum Tubes φ4, 6, 8 See Parts List - Screws Micro screws M1.4x3.5L & M1.4x6L - Direct screw-in to 1 mm dia hole (No nut) But if you have the M1.4 Tap, it will be very useful. Screws M2 x ** - See Parts List D. STL file Total STL files are 34 items including the stand and tools. “ws” of last two digits of file name means “With Support” special designed. E. Total Net Print Time: Approximately 76 Hours - (Estimated as case of PLA, 0.4mm Nozzle, 0.2mm Layer Height, 40% infill and No raft and support) Note: When at actual print, each parameter may be adjusted by your experience. F. Printing settings Raft, Support, Layer Height, Infill: Depending on your experience. My models were printed by "idbox" using with 0.4 nozzle, 1.75 PLA. I do hope you achieve success!
