This model was built using Zbrush and is fully watertight, ready to be printed or milled right now. It does come with some undercuts that would work well for molding or casting though. You get three versions of the file - one in OBJ quad highopoly mesh at 3.5 Mil resolution, one STL triangulated mesh weighing in at 700 k, and another STL mesh with a trim count of just 100 k. If you want to resize this model later on, it's no problem at all - it'll work just fine in any kind of 3D software out there. - The original circle diameter for this design is thirty millimeters wide by thirty millimeters across. - You can fit a 4.5 millimeter relief inside that area pretty easily too. - Adding some background material brings the total depth up to about six and a half millimeters. The total volume of this object comes out to two point one nine cubic centimeters in size.
