Jess-Em Router Insert Holder
thingiverse
This is a modular holder for the original Jess-Em router inserts or the Jess-Em compatible router inserts I designed. You need to print a left side, right side and as many middle modules as you need or want. Then, print four of the nuts, and thread them either ¼-20 or M6x1 and use a pair of threaded rods that are the total width of your assembly plus about ¾" (18mm).You can set it on your workbench, or mount it to a board with a square nut. I used this square nut from McMaster-Carr because I had a bunch of them laying around. With the channel that runs through all of the modules, you don't need to make more holes when you add modules, since they are all held together with the threaded rod. Plus, you can move it left or right to make room for other tools if needed.
