The clip's design holds opto's too loosely, causing them to frequently pop out a little. This frustrated me enough to create a replacement. I designed this one with a friction fit in mind. It's made from PLA and has a 0.2mm layer height with 100% infill. Assembled, it should be tight enough that the opto will hold firmly from the bottom, making it nearly invisible once installed. For added security, I also created another version with internal nubs to further improve the fit.
