I designed a dog tag featuring my unique New Jersey artwork, which includes state-related graphics. Utilizing Adobe Illustrator, I created an outline measuring between 1.25 to 2 inches in size. Subsequently, I incorporated the border design of New Jersey and refined the image for a polished look. To achieve this, I employed smaller graphics strategically placed within the design. With the help of an Epilog laser cutter, I carved out my creation using 3mm clear acrylic, ensuring the edges were fully cut by setting the border to 0.001. Lastly, I selected a smooth and precisely shaped 3mm plywood as the background for a visually appealing final product.
