Jersey Barrier
thingiverse
A "precast concrete temporary barrier," commonly referred to as a "jersey barrier," was designed by my civil engineer friend, John Mastronardi. This model, scaled at 1/87 for HO scale models and 54% smaller for N scale models, was produced with a MakerBot Replicator2 using MakerWare 2.4. Print settings included 10% infill, 0.200 layer height, one shell, feedrate of 40, travel feed of 55, and a temperature of 220 degrees Celsius. The printing process took approximately 17 minutes.
