Jeremy face shield covid-19
thingiverse
After scouring the face shields surrounding me and drawing from conversations with medical friends, I designed a face shield using clear A4 binding covers (250 micron) that are inserted lengthwise. This design includes a section of plastic between the headband and cover to prevent particles from entering and provides ample distance between the face and visor for glasses wearers and those who need antifog protection. An adhesive foam is used for the headband, while any available material is repurposed as a back strap. I have included the Fusion 360 file (though it's still a work in progress) so you can remix it as needed. I've also added a version without visor protection for those who don't require this feature. A stackable version will be made available soon.
