Jelly Fish Box Mod
thingiverse
I created this design using 123D Design, and I printed the box with Hatchbox 1.75mm wood filament. All of my original designs are uploaded for you to access. The ones you're looking to print are V10, along with both buttons - feel free to experiment with my older designs. To achieve a smooth finish, I applied wood filler to fill in the gaps and sanded it down, giving it a nice wooden appearance. However, I still need to stain it, but I'll update the picture once that's done. The only challenge I encountered while designing was getting the charging port hole right; I ended up drilling a hole into the box and then molding it using wood filler, which worked surprisingly well. To avoid any sticking issues with the buttons, I recommend placing tape behind them - I used Kapton tape myself. If you decide to build this, don't hesitate to share your progress by posting pictures.
