Had to dial down speed to 10mm/s and tweak filament tension screw. Not exactly a thing of beauty, but they function. The two zip tie holes align perfectly with the felt pads, although I'm out of zip ties now. Used Cura's gradual infill feature and added an extra shell in the slicer.
