After my dealership replaced the spare carrier on my new 2016 JK, I noticed a small oval-shaped hole that was begging to let water in. Water leads to rust, so I decided to look for a plug. Not finding one I liked, I made up my mind to create one quickly before the storms arrived. The plus side was that it printed tightly, so I downsized it slightly before sharing it here. If it's still too tight (or now too loose), please let me know and I'll correct it. I plan to make another using NinjaFlex, which will be easy to remove if needed.
