Jeep Wrangler Anti Flap Seat Belt
thingiverse
When you take off the doors from your Jeep Wrangler, the seat belts start flapping wildly in the wind. I created this solution to fix the problem by giving the belt a dedicated channel and allowing it to move freely while secured. The top part glides smoothly over the plastic piece, and the middle section is firmly attached midway down the plastic strip. To achieve this, I used a strong double-sided adhesive strip. This project still needs some tweaks - the top portion needs a bit more tension, and the adhesive strip didn't last for more than a week. I want to emphasize that I'm not an expert, and using this solution might not be safe or practical for your Jeep Wrangler. This is just my personal solution that you should consider at your own risk. Update: Both parts can benefit from a thicker outer flap that tends to flex in the wind, so I've created a V2 version of both objects. Additionally, I added a longer inner flap on top for better grip and stability.
