Jeep Willys 1:24th scale

I'm a huge Jeep enthusiast and have always been fascinated by the classic Willys models. Jason from Ossum Designs has done an incredible job designing his 3D printable Willys, which I was excited to try out on my Axial SCX10 at 133% scale. However, I wanted to see how it would fit on my Losi Trail Trekker, so I made a smaller version and had to make some significant modifications to get it to sit low on the chassis. Despite the challenges, the result turned out great! To make the process easier for others, I'm working on designing 3D printable mounts that will attach the Willys body securely to the Losi Trail Trekker chassis. This should eliminate the need for styrene and magnets. When I complete this project, I'll be sure to update everyone. One thing to note is that you'll need to relocate the ESC to either the front or back of the chassis instead of its original middle position. With everything printed and assembled, I simply glued the bodies together using super glue and attached the hood with a magnet. To add some weight up front, I placed the battery inside the hood.
