You Can Simply Use the Original Hardware, Including the Spring and Retention Washer, but You'll Need to Bend the Retention Washer Slightly to Get It Off or On the Post. The Original File Didn't Slice Correctly for Some Reason, So I Had to Make a Few Adjustments. Let Me Know If You Encounter Any Problems.
