Jeep TJ switch panel halves
thingiverse
Warning: I have printed this model, but at present, I'm struggling to figure out how to install it into my Jeep TJ's dash properly, so if you're looking for a hassle-free solution, don't waste your time printing it yet. I'll continue working on finding a solution and update the instructions when a suitable method is discovered. This is a revised switch panel designed specifically for the Jeep TJ, separated into two pieces to accommodate a 20x20 printer. Unlike the original model, this one has been scaled correctly for optimal print quality. To ensure successful printing, place the back side down on the build plate with the tabs facing upwards, and use supports throughout the process. Each half of the switch panel took me 12 hours to print, so be prepared for a lengthy print time. Once complete, assemble the two halves together by gluing or welding them securely, followed by inserting the switch holder into place. Depending on your socket size, you may need to sand the holes for a snug fit.
