I overhauled the throttle body in my 2001 Jeep Wrangler TJ with a 4.0-liter engine. The original gasket for the Idle Air Control valve disintegrated when I cleaned it. Unable to find a replacement locally or online, I decided to make one myself. I used TPU because of its flexibility and supposed resistance to gasoline. This material can withstand engine temperatures unless they exceed 200 degrees Celsius. The dimensions are precisely 43.56mm x 43.56 mm x 1.0mm. Although the gasket appears symmetrical, its receiving edges are not perfectly aligned, but it will fit almost perfectly if you try both possibilities for best fit. To ensure an airtight seal, I coated both sides with engine grease. The printing process was smooth, using very fine settings without supports at 205 degrees Celsius and 60 degrees Celsius. Even with the finest setting, it took approximately just 30 minutes to print on my Anycubic Mega-S. I'm making this available to others who may need it.
