Jeep passenger-side replacement handle
thingiverse
I just got stuck on a minor detail, but when the passenger-side inside handle of my vehicle snapped, I had to navigate a tricky situation to find a replacement part. Given that it's a 25-year-old Jeep Grand Cherokee, no surprise there. Anyway, I wanted this fixed ASAP so I hacked together a solution in OpenScad. It should fit a Jeep Grand Cherokee from the mid-1990s model year, possibly other nearby models as well. Print with supports at least on the ends where it tilts up off the bed. Since it's a handle, a solid infill of over 50% is advised: I went for 80%. If you reside in a hot climate, think about printing it in ABS to prevent it from melting during summer heatwaves.
